Continuing Students:
If your child is continuing their enrollment with Spiral, please fill out this enrollment form for the new school year using the same email address you used previously if possible.

New Students:
If your child has previously attended another school, you will also need to send to the previous school a completed records request form so that they can release records to Spiral. Links to these are provided when you submit the form.
